Working Remotely and/or with Multiple Locations

CorrectTech can be accessed remotely, making it easy to work from anywhere, home, work or on the road.  Until the spring of 2020 this ability to access every element of every client file has been highly valued for managers and staff who needed to review incident reports after hours, check on staff monitors, house counts, and clients signed out of the facility.  Now it has become essential for working remotely in the community corrections field.  Staff onsite can be in sync with staff working remotely using the same fully integrated system, with access to every bit of data about every client and every electronic "paper" file.

Other software systems may allow remote working and IF they have an electronic document tool - documents generated don't usually get automatically stored in the same location in every client electronic file. Why is this important? Every staff member always knows where to find an incident report, an intake summary, a contract.  The same organized document center enables case file audits that can only be done when everything is paperless in a unified way for every client.
